SEA CONTAINERS & OFFICE TRAILER: 6 (six) Sea-Cans made for offices.  All with 2 entry doors, 2 offices, heat, AC, nice and clean; 3 (three) 40’ Sea-Cans used for construction walkways, lights, all nice; 2 (two) 40’ Sea-Cans with end doors; 34’ x 10’ tandem office trailer.

VIEWING & LOADING:  All items located at Sunrise Equipment Auctions available for viewing form August 1st until sale day.   Loading by appointment (no Saturday or Sunday loading).  All items must be picked up by August 31st.

PLEASE NOTE:  All Sea Containers, office, walkways and storage units are in great shape!  A great opportunity to buy these units.  The Peterbilt & GMC van are in good working order.

TERMS: A 10% Fee applies to all items to a maximum $2,000 (Buyer’s Premium & Internet Fees) per item. Payments will be received by cash, cheque, debit, credit, certified cheque or bank draft, E-Transfer & Wire Transfer.  Payments are due by 3:30pm on August 24th.  Invoices will be emailed out after the auction closes!  If needed, financing MUST be prearranged prior to bidding.  Items to be removed by Thursday August 31st with paid invoices only.  Owners and Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents during viewings or loading.  Auctioneers are not responsible for items not picked up after final loading day.
