An impressive large folk art painted angel blowing her trumpet by Léo Fournier (1924 – 2007) of LaPrairie, Québec. The work mounted on a painted green wooden base. The artist’s name is chiseled underside. Fournier’s work is noted for brightly coloured painted finished pieces. Circa 1970. 21” H, 12” W, 7 1/2” D.
